1:1 Training
You may be just fine using our online help system. But if not don’t worry!
For anyone who needs some additional guidance we can offer one-to-one On Screen Training. We will log into your PC (sorry, not currently available for Mac users) and talk you through all you need to know. This training is available by the half hour at £20 per half hour and is tailored to your specific requirements. Some of our clients who have had training wanted help with :-
- getting to grips with WizNewsletters and the different components
- sending out their first email, just a helping hand to make sure it all goes smoothly
- importing their lists; we helped with exporting their contacts from Outlook and creating several lists for different purposes
- using their website in conjunction with their newsletter
